Zett karate gi are sized by height: 000=110cm, 00=120cm, 0=130cm, 1=140cm, 2=150cm, 3=160cm, 4=170cm (adult S), 5=180cm (adult M), 6=190cm (adult L), 7=200cm (adult XL), 8=210cm (adult XXL). Measure your height and choose the closest size. If between sizes, go up.

What weight boxing gloves should I buy?

For most adult beginners 12oz is the best starting point. Choose 8-10oz for children or bag-only work, 12oz for women or general training, 14oz for adult sparring, and 16oz for heavier athletes over 80kg or intense sparring sessions.
